Connector help
Start with the connector setup guide. If sign-in or a tool call fails, disconnect MathDB in your assistant, reconnect it, and approve access again. Publishing must also be enabled on the connector page.

Email admin@mathdb.com. Include the problem reference, your assistant’s name, what you expected, and the error message. Never send passwords, access tokens, or a private chat transcript.
