The skipped-obliquity conjecture for the forced glacial cycles model

From papers

Let T0T_0 be the critical temperature and let T1(t)T_1(t) denote the other time-dependent critical temperature in the model. Skipped-obliquity conjecture. When T0T1(t)|T_0-T_1(t)| is sufficiently small, the dominant period of the time-dependent system forced through QQ and s2s_2 is the dominant period of the forcing. The claim describes entrainment to the forcing when the two critical temperatures are close; the supplied text gives no rigorous resolution.
