Injectivity of symmetric compositions for Q-key polynomials

From papers

Let α\alpha and γ\gamma be distinct symmetric weak compositions. Injectivity conjecture. Then

καQκγQ.\kappa^\mathsf{Q}_\alpha \neq \kappa^\mathsf{Q}_\gamma.

This conjecture is supported by computations, although the authors report no heuristic for it; no resolution is given.
