Formal smallness and torsoriality conjecture for Gen

Let $\text{\bf Gen}$ be the category of topological spaces under consideration, equipped with its pseudoétale and torsorial topologies. The formal smallness conjecture. The pseudoétale topology for $\text{\bf Gen}$ meets the smallness axiom for a categorical topology. The torsorial topology does not meet the smallness condition, but does satisfy condition (11) of the cited earlier work.
