The classical Schottky conjecture for Kleinian groups with small Hausdorff dimension

Let $\Gamma$ be a Kleinian group with limit set $\Lambda(\Gamma)$ of Hausdorff dimension less than $1$. The classical Schottky conjecture. The group $\Gamma$ is a Schottky-type group and is classical. The preceding text states that the Schottky-type conclusion is already known in this range; the conjectural additional assertion is that the group is classical.
