Width conjecture for wheel graphs

Let WnW_n be the wheel graph, the cone over an (n1)(n-1)-gon, and let wA31(Wn)w^1_{{\mathcal A}_3}(W_n) denote the width of the torsion in HA31,(Wn)H^{1,*}_{{\mathcal A}_3}(W_n). Width conjecture for wheels.

wA31(Wn)=[n32].w^1_{{\mathcal A}_3}(W_n)=\left[\frac{n-3}{2}\right].

The formula is inferred from the computational table in the paper; its status is not resolved there.
