Neumann–Wahl splice-type equations conjecture

From papers

Let (X,0)(X,0) be a complete intersection surface singularity whose link is an integral homology sphere. Neumann–Wahl's splice-type equations conjecture. The equations defining (X,0)(X,0) are of splice type. The conjecture is presented as still open; it would characterize complete intersection surface singularities with integral homology sphere links through equations determined by the splice construction from the resolution graph.
