Relative hyperbolicity of Artin groups from their Coxeter groups

From papers

Let AA) be an Artin group, with corresponding Coxeter group WW. The standard parabolic subgroups of AA of finite type are the parabolic subgroups associated with finite standard parabolic subgroups of WW. Artin–Coxeter relative hyperbolicity conjecture. AA is weakly hyperbolic relative to its finite type standard parabolic subgroups if and only if WW is a hyperbolic group. This extends the stated two-dimensional result to arbitrary Artin groups; the paper presents it as reasonable in the absence of a counterexample, and does not establish it in general.
