Agreement of orientations for motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants
Agreement of orientations for motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants
Let the orientation constructed by Joyce and Upmeier be the orientation used to define the motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants in this paper, and let the orientation used by Behrend, Bryan and Szendrői define their motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants. Orientation agreement conjecture. The orientation constructed in this paper agrees with the orientation used by Behrend, Bryan and Szendrői. In particular, the motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants defined in this paper agree with those defined by Behrend, Bryan and Szendrői. The agreement would identify the two constructions of motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants; the source notes that it is not clear whether the orientations agree.
