SET conjecture for structurally stable glocal families

Let a glocal family of vector fields be structurally stable, meaning that it is equivalent to any nearby family in the relevant CkC^k topology. SET conjecture. The family has the strong extension triviality (SET) property. This would show that adding extra parameters does not significantly affect bifurcations for structurally stable glocal families.
