The negative K-theory conjecture for torsionfree groups

Let $R$ be a regular ring and let $G$ be a group. The negative K-theory conjecture. If $G$ is torsionfree, then

$$K_n(RG)=0 \quad\text{for}\quad n\leq -1.$$

This is the negative-degree part of the Farrell–Jones program for regular coefficient rings; the source gives no resolution status.
