The negative K-theory conjecture for torsionfree groups

Let RR be a regular ring and let GG be a group. The negative K-theory conjecture. If GG is torsionfree, then

Kn(RG)=0forn1.K_n(RG)=0 \quad\text{for}\quad n\leq -1.

This is the negative-degree part of the Farrell–Jones program for regular coefficient rings; the source gives no resolution status.
