Density formulation of the André-Oort conjecture

Let $\Gamma\backslash X^+$ be an arithmetic variety, let $V$ be an algebraic subvariety, and let $\{Z_1;\ldots\}$ be the special subvarieties $Z_i\subseteq V$.
