EPPA number of cycles

Let CnC_n be the cycle on nn vertices, and let eppa(Cn)\mathop{\mathrm{eppa}}(C_n) be its EPPA number.

Cycle EPPA conjecture. If n7n\geq 7, then

eppa(Cn)=(n2).\mathop{\mathrm{eppa}}(C_n)={n\choose 2}.

This conjecture asserts that the previously stated upper bound for the EPPA number of CnC_n is sharp. The source does not report a resolution.
