Conjecture on maximizers of b-star

Let nn be a positive integer and let bb_\star be the maximum value of the bb-loading over triples t=(λ,μ,ν)\mathbf t=(\lambda,\mu,\nu) of partitions of nn.

Maximizer conjecture for bb_\star. For n6n\ge 6, the values bb_\star are attained by triples such that

λ=μorμ=ν.\lambda=\mu\quad\text{or}\quad\mu=\nu.

Moreover, when n=3kn=3k with k2k\ge 2, the values bb_\star are attained by triples such that

λ=μ=ν.\lambda=\mu=\nu.

The conjecture is based on the tabulated cases, particularly n=6,9,12,15,18n=6,9,12,15,18; no proof or resolution is supplied.
