Smoothability conjecture for superfat points

Let $Z\subset \mathbb{P}^n$ be an $m$-superfat point.

Smoothability conjecture. $Z$ is smoothable for all $m,n\in\mathbb{N}$.

This conjecture proposes that superfat points are not among the nonsmoothable zero-dimensional schemes in projective space. The source provides no resolution of the claim.
