The angle-partition field and doubling the cube

Let $\mathcal{T}_1$ be the field associated with the geometric construction system under consideration, and let $\mathcal{P}$ denote the field obtained by allowing arbitrary angle partitions. Since doubling the cube is impossible with angle partitions, it seems unlikely that doubling the cube is possible in $\mathcal{T}_1$.
