Order independence of equal-rank superquiver partition functions
Order independence of equal-rank superquiver partition functions
Consider a superquiver gauge theory whose gauge nodes are supergroups of equal rank. Fix the signatures of the NS5-branes, and denote the resulting partition function by .
Equal-rank order-independence conjecture. The partition function does not depend on the order of the NS5-branes. In particular, the resulting partition functions are related to the underlying superalgebra structure of the quiver.
This conjecture predicts that, for equal-rank gauge nodes, the partition function is determined independently of the ordering of fixed-signature NS5-branes and reflects the underlying superalgebra. The source provides no evidence of a proof or disproof.
