Let $K_-$ and $K_+$ be knots such that $K_+$ is obtained from $K_-$ by a negative generalized crossing change on $2n$ strands. Characteristic-two generalized crossing-change inequality conjecture.

$$\vartheta_2(K_-) \leq\vartheta_2(K_+)\leq\vartheta_2(K_-)+4n^2.$$

This would follow from the conjectured extension of the generalized crossing-change inequality for $s_2$.
