The Torelli-to-IA generation conjecture

Let Ig,1\mathcal{I}_{g,1} be the Torelli group of a genus-gg surface with one boundary component, let IA2g\operatorname{IA}_{2g} be the IA-automorphism group of a free group of rank 2g2g, and let ιA\iota_*^A be the map on Albanese homology induced by the standard inclusion. The Torelli-to-IA generation conjecture. For g3ig\ge3i, the image

ι(HiA(Ig,1,Q))\iota_*(H^A_i(\mathcal{I}_{g,1},\mathbb{Q}))

generates HiA(IA2g,Q)H^A_i(\operatorname{IA}_{2g},\mathbb{Q}) as a GL(2g,Q)\operatorname{GL}(2g,\mathbb{Q})-representation. The source proposes this as a conjectural description of the image; it remains open.
