Co-equidistribution characterization of exclusive Grassmannian pairs

Let FF be a frame for Fn\mathbb{F}^n, let F~\tilde{F} be a dual frame, and let (F,F~)(F,\tilde{F}) be the associated frame pair. Co-equidistribution characterization conjecture. The frame FF forms an exclusive Grassmannian pair with F~\tilde{F} if and only if (F,F~)(F,\tilde{F}) is co-equidistributed. When this holds, F~\tilde{F} is the canonical dual of FF.

The claim is suggested by the examples in the paper and combines the proposed characterization of exclusivity with the canonical-dual conclusion. No proof or resolution is supplied.
