Existence of Levi decompositions in definably connected groups

Let GG be a definably connected group in an arbitrary o-minimal structure. A Levi decomposition conjecture. GG has a Levi decomposition in the sense of the definition given in the source. This is known when the structure expands a real closed field, but the authors state that they do not know whether it holds in arbitrary o-minimal structures.
