Framed stratifications are dense in smooth embeddings
Let be a smooth compact manifold smoothly embedded in euclidean space. Framed stratifications are dense in smooth embeddings. Any smooth embedding of into euclidean space has an arbitrarily small perturbation that is a flat framed stratification. This conjecture proposes the approximation needed to extend the paper's computable framed topological framework to smooth phenomena; the source gives no resolution.
