Iyengar–Ma–Walker Dutta multiplicity conjecture

Let $R$ be a local ring with maximal ideal, and let $F$ be a short complex supported on the maximal ideal. Write $\chi_{\infty}(F)$ for the Dutta multiplicity of $F$. Iyengar–Ma–Walker Dutta multiplicity conjecture.
