Capacity uniqueness conjecture for convex bodies

Let AA be a convex body in R2m\mathbb R^{2m}, and let cc be a symplectic capacity. Capacity uniqueness conjecture. All symplectic capacities coincide on convex bodies. The claim is presented as a far-reaching conjecture motivated by the equality of capacities on ellipsoids; the source gives no resolution.
