Conjecture on vanishing IVIS for Ginibre system matrices
Conjecture on vanishing IVIS for Ginibre system matrices
Let be a system matrix sampled from the Ginibre ensemble, and let be an initial condition whose coordinates have second-order moments bounded by a constant. Let denote the quantity defined in Equation~. Ginibre IVIS vanishing conjecture. Equation~ should hold for these choices of and . The preceding analysis establishes the analogous vanishing result for orthogonally invariant system matrices, while this conjecture proposes the corresponding statement for asymmetric matrices from the Ginibre ensemble.
