Regularity of the reference tetrahedron from its central tetrahedron

Let a reference tetrahedron and its associated central tetrahedron be given. A tetrahedron is regular when all its edges are equal. Regular central-tetrahedron conjecture. If the central tetrahedron is regular, then the reference tetrahedron is regular. The paper lists this claim as a conjecture supported by data but lacking a formal proof.
