Limiting metric conjecture for odd orthogonal Higgs bundles

Let (E,Φ)(E,\Phi) be an \SO(2n+1,\C)\SO(2n+1,\C)-Higgs bundle for which the decoupled Hitchin equation has the solution constructed in Theorem.

Odd orthogonal limiting metric conjecture. The solutions to the decoupled Hitchin equation for \SO(2n+1,\C)\SO(2n+1,\C) constructed in Theorem are limiting metrics.

The claim is the odd orthogonal analogue of the preceding symplectic limiting-metric conjecture. The local models are related to \SL(n,\C)\SL(n,\C)-Higgs bundles and the kernel contribution, with approximation supplied by the cited local results; the global limiting assertion remains open in the source.
