Isolated representations belong to Arthur packets

From papers

Let π\pi be an isolated representation in the unitary dual of a classical group. Isolated-representation Arthur-packet conjecture. The representation π\pi belongs to an Arthur packet. The paper recalls this conjecture and notes that the preceding low-complexity cases have been verified, but the general statement remains open.
