Infinite-graph extension of the local 2-separator theorem

From papers

The paper studies local separators and graph-decompositions. In particular, rr-local separators, graph-decompositions, their adhesion and locality, and the torsos of their bags are defined in the preceding discussion. The local 2-separator theorem is the result denoted by \autorefmain2seprintro\autoref{main_2sepr-intro}.

Infinite-graph extension conjecture. The local 2-separator theorem is true for infinite graphs.

This conjecture proposes extending the paper's local 2-separator theorem from finite to infinite graphs, in the direction of Richter's extension of the ordinary 2-separator theorem. The source gives no resolution.
