Let $\mathcal{S}$ be the class of molecules with spherical boundary. Algebraic freeness conjecture. The class $\mathcal{S}$ of molecules with spherical boundary is algebraically free. This extends the known algebraic freeness of totally loop-free molecules to the class of molecules with spherical boundary; the source provides no resolution of the conjecture.
