Global stability conjecture for the CRC-CRN
Global stability conjecture for the CRC-CRN
The CRC-CRN is the colorectal-cancer-cell chemical reaction network described in the paper. The global stability condition is the condition introduced in Definition. Global stability conjecture. The CRC-CRN satisfies the global stability condition introduced in Definition. This conjecture is proposed because existing equilibrium and stability results cannot be applied straightforwardly to the network, owing to its dimension, complexity, and open-system structure; numerical simulations are used to support it.
