Conjecture on the tabulated maximum values M(n,r_2)

For each degree nn and signature parameter r2r_2, let M(n,r2)M(n,r_2) denote the maximum value of the corresponding function Q(n,r2,{j1,,jr2},)Q(n,r_2,\{j_1,\ldots,j_{r_2}\},\cdot), with the conjectured upper bounds listed in Table. Table-value conjecture. The values in the table are the correct values. The conjecture records the numerical optimization results for the regulator-related functions QQ; no proof or resolution is supplied in the source.
