Robust expansiveness for sectional hyperbolic attracting sets without strong dissipativeness

Let GG be a C1C^1 vector field exhibiting a sectional hyperbolic attracting set.

Robust expansiveness conjecture. Theorem~ is still true for all C1C^1 vector fields exhibiting a sectional hyperbolic attracting set.

The preceding theorem establishes C1C^1 robust expansiveness under the additional 11-strongly dissipative hypothesis. The conjecture asks whether that technical assumption can be removed for all sectional hyperbolic attracting sets.
