The May–Ravenel collapse and torsion conjecture

Consider the May–Ravenel spectral sequence used to compute the relevant tmf\mathrm{tmf}-resolution input for ZZ. Torsion conjecture. The May–Ravenel spectral sequence collapses at E1E_1 with no hidden v2v_2-extensions. This is explicitly introduced as an optimistic assumption for analyzing unbounded v2v_2-torsion; its consequences for the tmf\mathrm{tmf}-ASS remain conjectural.
