The ENR homology-manifold realization conjecture for Poincaré duality groups

Let $G$ be a finitely presented Poincaré duality group. ENR homology-manifold realization conjecture. $G$ is the fundamental group of a closed aspherical $\operatorname{ENR}$ homology manifold. This is a weaker form of the conjecture asserting realization by a closed aspherical topological manifold, and concerns the existence of manifold-like ENR homology manifolds.
