Wall's conjecture on Poincaré duality groups of dimension three

Let GG be a Poincaré duality group of dimension 33. Wall's conjecture. GG is the fundamental group of a closed aspherical 33-manifold. This conjecture asks whether the algebraic Poincaré duality condition in dimension three is realized by a closed aspherical manifold.
