The topological 5-dimensional s-cobordism conjecture

Let (W;M0,M1)(W;M_0,M_1) be a compact topological 55-dimensional ss-cobordism that is a product on the boundary.

ss-cobordism conjecture. There is a homeomorphism

WM0×IM1×IW \cong M_0 \times I \cong M_1 \times I

extending the given product structure on the boundary.

This is the second conjecture in the source's stated equivalence with the disc embedding conjecture, and together with the topological surgery conjecture would imply that every pairwise linking-number-zero link is round handle slice. The source provides no evidence of resolution.
