Parameter-dependent local stability when AA^{-} is not Hurwitz

Consider the fluid-limit dynamics of the on-demand agent service system with system matrix AA^{-}. Non-Hurwitz parameter-dependence conjecture. If AA^{-} is not Hurwitz, the system may be locally stable or locally unstable, depending on the parameters. The claim is based on the contrasting numerical examples in the paper and is not established as a theorem.
