Shintani construction conjecture for Rubin–Stark elements

Assume that (S,T,V)(S,T,V) satisfies (C1), let Θ^S,T,V,JD/IF×D\hat{\Theta}_{S,T,V,J}\in D/I_{F^{\times}}D be the Shintani-datum element, and let R^H/F,S,T,J\hat{R}_{H/F,S,T,J} be the corresponding regulator. Shintani construction conjecture. For every JJ,

f2(Θ^S,T,V,J)=R^H/F,S,T,J(ϵH,S,T,V).f_2(\hat{\Theta}_{S,T,V,J})=\hat{R}_{H/F,S,T,J}(\epsilon_{H,S,T,V}).

This conjecturally identifies the Shintani zeta-function construction with the regulator of the Rubin–Stark element. The source gives no resolution status.
