The strong geometric description conjecture for non-parallelizable tensegrities

Let GG be a graph and let G(P)G(P) be a framework whose vertex configuration PP is in general position. A system of strong geometric conditions is a system of algebraic geometric conditions on PP of the type defined in the paper. Strong geometric description conjecture. For every graph GG there exists a system of strong geometric conditions such that a framework G(P)G(P) in general position admits a non-parallelizable tensegrity if and only if PP satisfies this system of strong geometric conditions. This conjecture gives an algebraic description of the configurations supporting non-parallelizable tensegrities, extending the modified form of Conjecture 2 of DKS mentioned by the authors; its resolution is not established in the supplied text.
