Pure-dimensionality conjecture for the critical and asymptotic value set

Let F:CnCnF:\mathbb{C}^n\to\mathbb{C}^n be a dominant polynomial mapping. Write K0(F)K_0(F) for the set of critical values of FF and SFS_F for its asymptotic set. Pure-dimensionality conjecture. The set K0(F)SFK_0(F)\cup S_F is pure dimensional. The authors observe this in all examples considered in the paper and in the cited work, but no general proof or resolution is supplied.
