Fractal-solution conjecture for the kinetic Boltzmann equation of Saturn's ring

Let the particles of Saturn's Ring be modeled by a kinetic Boltzmann equation associated with the many-body system referred to as system (15). A fractal solution means a solution exhibiting fractal structure. Fractal-solution conjecture. The kinetic Boltzmann equation related to system (15) has a fractal solution. This claim is motivated by fractal structures in optimal syntheses and by the expected fractal behavior arising when the infinite-dimensional kinetic description is projected to finite-dimensional configuration space; the source gives no resolution of the conjecture.
