Doubling conjecture for dimension-banned graphs

Let a graph be banned in dimension kk when it has no orthogonal representation in dimension kk. If a vertex of valence kk in a graph banned in dimension kk is doubled, then the doubling conjecture. the resulting graph is banned in dimension k+1k+1. The paper presents this as a recursive construction of banned graphs; no proof or resolution is supplied.
