Conjecture on the classification of L-space two-bridge links

A two-bridge link is denoted by $b(p,q)$, and an $L$-space link is a link admitting sufficiently large surgeries yielding $L$-spaces. For positive odd integers $r$ and $q$, consider the two-bridge links $b(rq-1,-q)$.

Classification conjecture. The set of all $L$-space two-bridge links is

$$\{b(rq-1,-q):r,q\text{ are positive odd integers}\}.$$

The conjecture proposes a complete classification of $L$-space links among two-bridge links; the source gives no resolution status.
