Thakur's conjecture on degrees of Wieferich primes

Let A=Fq[T]A=\mathbb{F}_q[T] have characteristic pp, and let a Wieferich prime in AA mean a prime satisfying the Wieferich condition discussed in the paper. Thakur's conjecture.
