Uniform boundedness conjecture for Sierpinski gasket sampling functions

Let ψm\psi_m denote a sampling function on level mm of the Sierpinski gasket. Uniform boundedness conjecture. The sampling functions are uniformly bounded by some constant, numerically around 1.31.3, for all mm. This conjecture is motivated by numerical calculations and is consistent with the corresponding behavior of sampling functions on the real line.
