Qazaqzeh–Chbili–Qublan's characterization conjecture for quasi-alternating Montesinos links

A Montesinos link is a link of the form M(e;t1,,tp)M(e;t_1,\dots,t_p), with the parameters and notation as in Theorem 5.3 and Theorem 5.1 of the source. Qazaqzeh–Chbili–Qublan's conjecture. A Montesinos link is quasi-alternating if and only if it satisfies the conditions of Theorem 5.3. This would give a necessary as well as sufficient characterization of quasi-alternating Montesinos links; the source presents the assertion as a question for further study and provides no resolution.
