The 4.24.2-density conjecture in (K4,C5)(K_4^-,C_5)-free 33-graphs

Let 4.24.2 be the 44-vertex 33-graph with exactly two edges. Forbidding both K4K_4^- and C5C_5, write π4.2(K4,C5)\pi_{4.2}(K_4^-,C_5) for the maximum asymptotic induced density of 4.24.2.

π4.2(K4,C5)=6/13.\pi_{4.2}(K_4^-,C_5)=6/13.

An iterated blow-up of a 33-edge gives the lower bound 6/136/13, and the source's upper bound is only slightly larger.
