Let obreak\breakobreakλ<μ obreak\break obreak\lambda<\mu be cardinals, and let DD be a (λ+,μ)(\lambda^+,\mu)-regular ultrafilter. Decomposability-or-regularity conjecture. DD is either obreak\breakobreakλ obreak\break obreak\lambda-decomposable, or (λ,μ)(\lambda',\mu)-regular for some regular obreak\breakobreakλλ obreak\break obreak\lambda'\leq\lambda. The source says that this may be true and provides no resolution.
