Parameter-array classification conjecture for sharp tridiagonal systems

From papers

Let K\mathbb{K} be a field and let Φ\Phi be a sharp tridiagonal system on a finite-dimensional vector space VV. Its parameter array is the scalar data attached to its eigenvalue sequences and split sequence. Parameter-array classification conjecture. Two sharp tridiagonal systems over K\mathbb{K} are isomorphic if and only if they have the same parameter array. This weaker formulation is used to derive the existence of a compatible bilinear form and would classify sharp tridiagonal systems by their parameter arrays; the supplied text gives no resolution status.
